Dear Member, We hope you are well. Following the success of The Cotswold International Polo Day, The Intuition County Cup will follow a similar format on Saturday 18th August and we hope you will be able to join us. Along with the polo there will be a retail village, fabulous food on offer, children's activities, a display by The Cotswold Hunt, Eat Wild BBQ and music from 18:00 leading into the after party hosted by DJ Paul Linney and Prisk. Please save the date and ensure you have pre-booked your table with Relish (01285 658 444) by Friday 10th August to avoid disappointment. The Clubhouse has already received a number of bookings and has limited tables available. Please remember guests will need to purchase Day Membership passes. Additional Day Membership passes can be purchased here or on the gate. We are offering the chance to reserve a Pitch-Side Picnic Spot. If you would like to reserve a Pitch-Side Picnic Spot please do so by Friday 10th August.Book now to avoid disappointment! 4m wide x 9m deep pitch with enough space for 1 standard gazebo.
8 Day Member passes per pitch (annual badges are still valid so 10 passes per pitch)
5 Day Member car passes
Friends may of course join you pitch side. There will be a £10/person charge for Members’ side admittance payable on the day. Please be advised that there should be a limit of 20 guests per pitch.
Annual car pass holders will park between Meadow and the Clubhouse and Day Members at the end of Meadow.
The pitch does not have anything supplied.
Pitches will be allocated on a 1st Come 1st Served basis. To book your Picnic Spot please click here. We will contact you to confirm your booking.
